Versatility:
The speaker believes in all situations. Whether traveling in the park, the pool, in your own garden, on the balcony, at home in the living room or on smaller parties, the SoundLink Mini provides all for the right sound. Particularly impressive is its battery life. According to the manufacturer it should be enough for about 7 h. For me, it reaches an average battery life of significantly more than 7 hours, namely approximately 9 hours. This battery life is sufficient for any long party night. The maximum volume is unbelievable for such a small product. Many devices lose with increasing volume of sound quality, that's the SoundLink Mini not so, the sound quality remains almost the same.
Sound quality:
Top class! The sound is very full and powerful. For most Bluetooth speakers is often missed the details and aspects that usually can only offer a good stereo system. Surprisingly, however, it creates the SoundLink Mini a detailed and particularly to offer a warm sound. The key, however, is how to position the speakers. Should he not namely aimed directly at the listeners, the speaker loses a bit of quality. That does not spoil the overall impression. Especially the fact that with increasing volume hardly quality drop is recorded, really confident.
Style:
A real eye-catcher! The speaker is very compact and handy. The silver aluminum case is very high. With 670 grams but it is no lightweight. The Bose logo on the speaker grille looks right out of class. The controls (on / off, mute, down / up, Bluetooth and Aux) are surrounded with a rubber coating and know how to please.
Technical and accessories:
The Bluetooth connection works mostly fine. However, sometimes it comes to smaller interruptions, in which you can hear a clicking noise. For me, this is acceptable, however, because it occurs rarely. According to the manufacturer, the last 6 Bluetooth devices are pre-stored, so that a connection is very fast. The 9 meter range sufficient to not constantly be in the immediate vicinity of the speaker, so you easily connect a mobile phone and can still walk around with it. The SoundLink Mini has a Software Update feature that I have not yet tested. The charging time of the built-in lithium-ion battery is 3 hours. As noted above, the average battery life approximately 7-9 hours. The battery-status indicator I find somehow not particularly successful, because it is not accurate enough. A good idea is that the speaker still has an Aux and a microUSB port. Included in the delivery is a small dock. One can therefore charge the SoundLink mini either directly or via the detour of the docking station.
Conclusion:
(+) Versatile
(+) Great Design
(+) Good Sound
(+) First-class workmanship
(+) Great battery life
(+) Included dock included
(+) Aux and Micro-USB port

For me, the SoundLink Mini is a great device that all the advantages of Bluetooth speaker combines and offers a surprisingly good sound.
