At first I wondered if I should not buy a GTX570 me. But after studying various reviews, I decided on the GTX560Ti with 448 cores. For me, the 3 to 5 frames / s (depending on the game), which is the GTX570 faster, the cost (currently at least 40 euro) is not worth. Also, I set myself a limit pricing, which was broken by the GTX570.
Performance-wise, you really can not complain about this GPU. BF3 is running with "Ultra" settings with me (1680x1050) very well. Likewise BFBC2 and Dirt2 to maximum. Metro2033 is playable with a few flaws, but if you want to play the game on max., Then one should invest some more money on the graphics card.
For me also it was important that keeps the volume of graphics card limited, as my system otherwise rather quiet is (SilentWings rear fan at 800 rev / min. - Scythian Mugen 2 - BeQuiet PSU) and my computer is on the table.
To Gainward:
For this card you could find very little customer opinions before my purchase.
Reviews mostly related to the GPU or cards from other manufacturers. To Gainward I found in another mail-order only the statement: "class graphics card - total silence - always play with headset."
Total silently agrees. However, only in 2D (Windows Desktop)!
Once time runs a game (plus she's there!) Start the fan to be loudly. But that's not all, somehow return it to a rhythmic sound (rising and falling hum or something similar) in 1-2 seconds clock of itself. Presumably there is interference between the two fan speed noise. That's why I tried to reduce the speeds of the fan. In order for these sounds disappear, one would have to limit the speed to 36 percent. Then of course is the temperature upward. At 80 degrees, I then aborted the attempt.
Maybe I also just get a particularly bad copy.
Who but a fast graphics card at an affordable price requires and insensitive to loud fan, which can buy this card.
For MSI:
In short, I am thrilled !!!
Not only does this easily overclocked, and thus a touch faster, it is quiet.
So must it be - thank MSI for this graphics card (rather, these super cool)! Inaudible in 2D and barely audible (in no way disturbing!) In 3D (with Silent BIOS!). Since I no longer have to play around with the fan speed. That's just great!
The temperature in 2D is so between 30 and 35 degrees and the play about 72 degrees. So absolutely critical.
Overclocking plays no role for me at the moment, because it provides sufficient power. If times but should be a need, you can adjust with MSI Afterburner everything required.
The MSI obviously costs a few euros more, but I have no regrets!
