Genial but upgradable ...

Update 05/05/2015:
Sony has done a firmware update and the app a few days ago. Since you can now (finally!) Select other Home screens. It has been quite a bit of design options so that should be for each something here. Also my guess that this has a positive effect on the battery life is confirmed. I let me now show only the weather, the screen must therefore not be changed every minute and not every 5 minutes to regenerate. Previously had the smart band pretty much 3 days (72 hours) of battery life under normal use, since the update and use the weather as a homescreen I come to almost exactly 4 days (96h) battery life. which can be proud of!
In principle, I would now be very inclined to subsequently change my rating to 5 stars, but the scratch-sensitive display keeps me massively against it. Although I am very careful it looks after 3 months already look like my clock after 5 years. That would really not have to be here and Sony would be able to invest quiet a few more in the glass (or plastic). Too bad, it would have been the fifth star.

I am with God no fitness junkie and have the smart band Talk added myself as an everyday helpers and useful gadget, so I will not go into detail on fitness specific things or general, but to answer the things that I have not known before, even after investigation.

The coupling means of NFC with my Xperia Z1 went smoothly and I did not have to pair it again since the smart belt. The Lifelog App I do not use.

In relation to the smartphone:
The battery life of the phone has not changed significantly, after a day of Bluetooth battery usage is 1-3%, the app does not seem to.
The app is in the background, the notification icon is displayed only for about 5 minutes when the smart band was out of range or the battery level is low. If the Notification Bar pulled down, a line of the app is always visible which indicates the battery level and a programmed gentle alarm (only icon).
When programming only the gentle alarm clock, no clock appears icon in the right pane of the status bar.

Based on the Smart Band:
The battery life of the Smart bands is pretty much three days. If you phoned much does that affect very negatively to the term, in three days you can make calls as 5-10 minutes.
The sleep time is automatically and held very closely to my surprise, the steps are counted and the time you spent walking and running is displayed. At 00:00 the counter is reset and it starts again at 0. (Sleep is of course counted correctly).
The time with the movement indicator is the home screen after 30 seconds without any operation, the smart band always goes back to this screen. If you wear it in addition to a clock it would have been preferable to set an alternative homescreen, such as the weather. *
There are apps that can change the homescreen (Smart Badges, CLOCK, a weather app, etc.), but these require a lot of power on the mobile phone and the smart band and will only function properly if the cell phone is within range.
