Travis cut with "Where You Stand," a really good album out. Much better than the previous "Ode To J.Smith". And even right Kracher want succeed the Scots still because with "Warning Sign" and "A Different Room" there are two highlights on the right panel. If you listen to only once in the album purely, can be found even in the nondescript songs like "boxes" or "New Shoes" beautiful moments. With "Mother", "Moving", "Reminder" and "Where You Stand" Succeed beautiful music moments. Until then, it would be with me but actually "only" been 4 stars. However, since dealing here with the Limited Edition, I distribute an extra star for the two really nice bonus tracks "Anniversary" and "Parallel Lines". I do not understand for the life, why these two songs are not directly on the plate and, for example Another Guy and / or The Big Screen replace. Then the plate would be even rounder than it already is.
Conclusion: Travis convince with their seventh studio album. It is not "The Man Who" and not "The Invisible Band", and no "12 Memories" but one that shares with the other great Travis albums my favor. Well done ...
