The Metz mecablitz 44 works just fine on my Samsung NX30 as compact flash and is a real alternative to the original price of Samsung.

IMPORTANT: it can also unleashed after an appropriate firmware update - run !!! - ie wirelessly
Have tried this yourself: Firmware update including instructions on the Metz homepage accessed, transferred via USB cable to the mecablitz, set the flash to "SL" (slave) and my NX30 on external flash / wireless.. WORKS !!! (Also available for other camera models)

Only the moment referring here price of approximately 170 euros leads to the point or star-hood! (Found him elsewhere lot cheaper)

Addition This flash requires "visual contact" to the camera as he might to the light pulse of the camera's internal flash of the Samsung NX30 "waiting" to trigger itself.
