Good and great service

Cover is of high quality so far okay and quite massive, unfortunately you only get the original charger plug into which the AmazonBasics cable (USB Lightning), and the headphone output are also only the original Apple pure, and the connection must be rather narrow be the Aux in Cable radio in my car does not fit, here I always remove the Bumper, is quite annoying .....

Once due to my original 3Sterne recession the seller phoned, we have responded to the problems. I got to test a new bumper and a charging cable company sent and now I am completely satisfied. How to make positive customer management. I will always fall back again on Incutex with iProtect products with all related accessories. the Lightning cables give when plugging into the iPhone no error message indicating that they were not compatible, they function properly.
