Good and solid processed Toaster

The toaster from Krups is processed solid and functional. On plastic housing (made in China) caught nothing. Well, I like the retractable warming rack. This is better achieved than with most other toasters where the part is removed for toasting and then flies around somewhere. Otherwise, the design is rather unobtrusive and simple.

The toaster has a removable crumb tray and can be set on a rotary switch (continuously) of strength 1-6. In addition, the switch has a stop function. This is also in the interest of security sense, because when not in use you can turn on the toaster to stop and against accidental operation of (Herunterdrück-) button (eg by children or pets) protected.

The power cord is sufficiently long with 70 cm and can be stored under the toaster.

The toast function itself is (as with all my previous brand toasters) fine. The toasts are toasted depending on the level of slightly crisp and light to brown.

Before the first toasting you have to toast the toaster at least 5 times empty, then the first very pushy factory smell disappears. This should be done with the windows open, otherwise you get a headache. The factory smell is slightly longer than in most other toasters perceptible, but disappears completely after repeated toasting.

Overall my toaster good four star is worth. Very practical is the retractable warming rack.
