The only thing I noticed is negative, that the grill temperature rises to the highest level up to 350 ° C and decreases at the lowest level only at 250 ° C. Had me a slightly lower temperature is desired (170 ° -200 °) to treat large pieces of meat or spare ribs slightly longer cooking times. But that's also due to the single Benner ring; the next purchase I'll take some extra cash in hand to set a grill with two burners Ingen to practice the low-and-slow :)
