after a first flow test with HD Tunes, cable gave me a speed USB 2.
Following an unflattering comment here, Tech'Import contacted me (bravo!) And found the source of my problem: a wall outlet fem / fem defective.

I confirm that this cable is USB 3.0 and with a length of 2m I have no loss of speed compared to a direct connection to the outlet.
