A good product that takes part are of quality peeler but very light, not ergonomics that falls alone in the hand ... I can deform to make it easier to hold and suddenly ... we no longer feel the hand ... a real treat ... but it's alluvial (very light) and I doubt he stand long in my kitchen ...
