The picks have a very good grip, is second to none. They are very small, which I think is nice because they offer so better control. However, you have to the Pleks after a few days already changing, as they wear out very quickly. I am therefore gone over after some time to play with Clayton Ultem Gold Pleks that are almost "indestructible", but have significantly less grip.
