I bought this cable to connect my phone to my car stereo auxiliary input, to replace a good old cable rigid market and older. It is flexible and seems well made but I had a bad surprise by plugging my old phone: the sound was full of noise! while it was clean with my old cable and I never noticed any noise by plugging my phone to other devices, along with other cables. With my new phone however RAS, sound looks clean, there is no background noise and if there are faults they disagree wheelchair. I think that perhaps the cable is more sensitive and / or less well insulated than other thicker, it may not be suitable for all devices. I can not comment on the strength because I have this cable for a few months and I do not use it much, but it is well done so I hope it lasts.
