Good camera but not without flaws

Good camera:
The pros:
- High quality easily adjustable image different available resolutions.
- Design pretty and discreet enough and camera not too imposing.
- Fixing the wall mountable and easily adjustable, even if a force on the design of the fixing would have been welcome (the camera can be secured without the support if needed with a minimum of tinkering).
- The camera meets the remote control, you can easily change the orientation of the camera.
- Simple Initial Setup although it can pose problems for uninitiated computer (network configuration set up for remote grip)
- Camera fully compatible with Synology NAS (Compatible DSM) which can fix, enhance and add some features of the camera.
- Effective night vision
- Good management brightness (even weak).

The -:
- Summary and not very nice interface (fortunately quite simple to handle) and I 've not found any alternative firmware for this camera.
- Loss of regular Wifi, restart the camera manually to retrieve the network. So, we must promote the cable connection (less practical for wall mounting)
- You can store preset camera positions, however, they never come back exactly the same place, the offset is increasingly important.
- Good general quality despite a plastic look, she's still very robust.
- Little or no updating proposed by Foscam, functionality of the damage could have been easily added.

In the end, it's a very good camera, good quality / price ratio even though the WiFi disconnection bug can be very annoying (fortunately circumvented with a network cable). Good product even if the interface could have been friendlier.
