Good coating ?? After 12 months out of service

The pan from Tefal Jamie Oliver series claims to have a hard foundation, in which one can also work with metal utensils.
I usually have wooden and plastic spatula, but I've tested my Flexi whisk and a metal spoon and pan still looks like new.

The metal handle fits comfortably in your hand, is riveted to the pan. The rivets sit very flat with the pan, since no leftovers can initially hide.
Also, the handle does not get hot.

The pan is suitable for all heat sources. So far I have tested the pan on my ceramic hob. You have to watch a little bit with the heat at the high-quality pans. The thick ground stores heat very well, one needs and should not cook with too much heat, not even to the beginning. Otherwise the food to like burns on.

The Thermo Spot - who needs it. Personally, I like to cook and much and rely more on my feeling as to the red dot. However, he does not harm anyone, and who needs it can use it well.

I give an absolute buy recommendation that suits value for money and if the pan now the long run by holding in the coating of this pan - thumbs up.
