Good effect, but Disgusting

This article was recommended because it apparently helps supportive to obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I do not know how people can say here is that you can use for this salad oil easily.
It smells strongly and tastes really not good!
I have tried it with salad and times on the pizza, but so dirty you any food.
I recommend the oil easy to consume with a tablespoon, your eyes and go.
Then best to drink something with taste afterwards. Perhaps rather dimensioned only half tablespoons, otherwise fast times comes a gag reflex, but I think this is pure matter of habit.

The exact effect I can not describe, but I mix and DHA Plus each 1 tablespoon of each.
DHA Tastes definitely even worse than the plus.
So who is unsure when purchasing gets better Plus, since this is supplied for about the same price with 500 ml.
