I bought the paper for our Bosch kitchen appliance mainly for grinding / shredding / chips / cutting vegetables for salad. The Amazon price was the time of my order at 20 euros lower than the price in the electrician trade !!!
I will start to take the example of carrot salad.
Before buying I had only a hand grater Moulinex, the "Moulijulienne". A small, lightweight device that was easy to store in the kitchen drawer. Because you had the three feet extend, pushing a rasp disc in the unit, plug the crank handle, finished. The carrot I always cut into large pieces so that they just fit into the opening. But then it took neatly durchzupressen effort around the carrots that fell into the under Asked Salad Bowl. After use, you had to clean the metal disc and the device itself or rinse under water and allow to dry.
The Bosch essay must be done before using the all necessary items assemble now first. That I for the large food processor must still get out of the kitchen cupboard, is my problem, I could even leave in the corner of the kitchen on the counter. However Moulijulienne was always in the drawer. So I'll take the small protective cover of the Bosch machine on the rotor-piece from, put the food processor with rotational movement to, make its cover with rotary movement to, set the rotary member in the middle of a (or check if it is sitting) and the grater top Overhead, the lid make again. The most beautiful thing is, of course, if the device belongs to White Bosch bowl underneath is that fits flush to and not an "external" glass bowl loosely underneath is. So the carrots come in above, the "pusher" may be pushing it toward grating disc. The speed can also vary. The result in the bowl is top and it's also virtually effortless ruckizucki. If you like want to rub 5 kilos of carrots, would the Moulijulienne all ready, with the Bosch would be no problem, but who does that? The now following cleaning work is then not negligible: So I screw everything up again: On pusher hanging carrots residues on the window of course. In Pass Schnitzeler inside everything is full of carrot sticks, which I must first scrape out and pour into the bowl, you do not want to throw away Yes. At the rotary part in the middle and carrot slices hang. So everything has to be rinsed. The white Bosch dish I have to clean and that I can make bad on the table. And I also have the impression that the white Bosch plastic absorbs the orange carrot color downright ...
Conclusion: Four stars for the good performance of Schnitzler and a point deduction for the expenses around it. The machine facilitates the actual rubbing process and provides easily a top result. Just who need large amounts of chips, is so well served. But the initial Bereitstell- and final cleaning costs are rather high, especially if you want to rub only four carrots for an evening carrot salad. Maybe I organize once a time comparison with "Moulijulienne vs. Bosch Mum 4". And probably would win all in all, the Mouli with a lot of carrots for a small bowl of salad, and I would have the same a little arm-Exercising while ...
