The meal is really good. I use the flour as a vegan egg substitute. There is really great. Only the price of a kilo of over 5 I think little expensive, although there already are the postage costs included. But you do also really far with it. I suppose for an egg, a tablespoon of soy flour and some water. The results are as good as with real whole egg. Also the taste does not matter!
