Comfortable shoe ligther, adhesion of the sole is very good especially in the wet as in the dry even in rough terrain. The amortized running is just okay what's contraindicated for long term courses (over one hour), the shoe is stable and accurate. A shoe cut especially for trail, lack the sole cushioning, stiffness and locking is not pronounced enough for walking.
