In the case size, I feel the push of 20x at a focal length of 24mm to 480mm as well. Even in full-Zoom Camera shoots good sharp images without being milky immediately or to shake.
The foldable display is especially when you want to photograph unobtrusively or wants to make self-portraits very useful.
The camera has no viewfinder which actually does not matter in which strong light display.
The flash is not suited for snapshots at close range for longer as well. For larger rooms, it is too weak, and that's really all compact cameras so.
The shutter lag is acceptable and the display speed also.
Now a few small weaknesses.
The lens and the sensor are overwhelmed with weak shots freehand and without flash quickly.
At close range without zoom it goes, but if you ranzoom and the diaphragm is higher receives the sensor noise or blurred images with longer exposure times.
The remote control capability via Wi-Fi via smartphone has not blew me away. With my iPhone 5, it can be coupled though and use, but you need only a Wi-Fi profile on the smartphone set. Re-coupling then was no longer possible for me. Only after all settings are reset were, the camera was able to re-connect with your smartphone.
The person takes too long and is too cumbersome.
Transfer pictures I did not even try, because I look at the EH as a gimmick. Map out, in the computer and off you go. 8 GB and more I never wear well so via Wi-Fi because it takes me too long.
Therefore still 5 points because the camera itself is not convinced, just give their W-Lan.
Supplement for remote operation:
Pairing with my iPhone 5 and also with the iPhone 4 now works perfectly and quickly. If you were once connected, you can browse the history and it is faster. The trick is, and I am come only in experiments outside, the smartphone may not be coupled with other wireless networks. If Just switch networks on smartphone once the WiFi camera appears. The best way the images then to load up on your smartphone and continue to send directly to the photographed via MMS or WhatsApp. Because let's be honest, who really pulls the images of a party to a USB stick and let the stick then go round among the participants? None!
Thus, I have to take my written opinion above and confirm that the wireless feature is a great thing, if you get out found how it works.
PS: For remote operation you need the Panasonic Image app.
