Good, handy and robust holiday and "Immerdabei-" camera with fun factor

We tested the camera extensively during a holiday in Croatia and also on the North Sea. Thought it was especially as a complement to our Canon DSLR and our Canon G12. First we wanted to buy a simple beach camera, but have not looked back, spend a few more euros, only to have a waterproof and robust secondary camera. With the camera, we had a lot of fun in the water as a family and have for the first time images can make with entirely new perspectives and fun factor.

The camera fits comfortably in your hand, it makes the pool and with good and sufficient lighting conditions (in the water and on the beach) very good shots. If the lighting conditions are difficult (eg snorkeling in overcast weather) or in image sharpness, it may still be better cameras, but even at 30x30 cm - Printing at a CeWe photo book I see very little difference to the images of our other two cameras.

We have not let ourselves be influenced by technical test reports and individual negative reviews and have not regretted the purchase (as Canon fans). Battery performance and the material impression is very good and also the variety of functions and the zoom range is absolutely sufficient. So: For the full package, we give five stars and a buy recommendation.
