Unfortunately, the functions for the automatic upload to Google Picasa and Google Drive in Germany can not be activated. Since the location is probably derived from the IP address, you can not handle this well also.

As a surveillance camera that is so completely useless, because the potential thief can easily take away the camera and all videos, photos are lost. The options for Google Picasa and Drive will simply not appear in the web interface, so you are looking at only arm and a leg. Visit the Support pages of Samsung are found then the hint. It's just the e-mail notification without image / video can be activated for German users! Really great!
