The pitfalls:
My first tripod I had sent back the same: The center column was wrong. Not much, but it struck me right away.

The release is also a bit strange. You always have to overcome a mechanical resistance in the form of cracking. Pulling out of the St.-legs also takes a long time because it is fiddly. This is due to the screw caps. Well, this one has no terminals, which is also okay. You can not have everything.

The supplied tripod head of togopod I had immediately replaced with a good Sirui 20. Not only that the togopod head seems too small for a "professional" equipment - it has a decisive disadvantage as he does not have a release button on the tripod plate.

The idea of the tripod deserves 5 stars. Here clearly scores the roll-out height in contrast to the incredibly small pack size.
The overall appearance gets me 3 stars for "well-crafted NoName-China goods".
The material I give 4 stars because I do not like the foam rubber (there are no better solutions?).
The use of property I give 3 stars: Hake Liges opening the locks and a somewhat oblique center column require the deduction of 2 stars. That does not appeal to me the foam rubber, also plays with inside.
The head is simple and for me, unfortunately, not an issue. But he is in my use as a material for a second tripod head when I need something as a flash bracket or the like. But he is pretty small.
Otherwise, I do think that a lighter equipment (taking into account the lack of tripod plate Entrieglung) copes very well with his head. So do not panic!
A significantly better quality, carbon as a material (or a stiff mixture), no foam rubber and a non-supplied head (would save money) would make the tripod for me attractive.
-> As I saw, there are several stands of this type, including that in carbon finish or as 2in1 tripods. Here is the manufacturer SIOCORE. Taking all these tripods together, however, you get the impression that all these things come from the same factory, whether aluminum, carbon or 2in1.
Incidentally, a carbon equivalent of Siocore is not as high as this Togopod extendable. That leaves the Togopod favorite - with all its weaknesses.
