My expectations for the trackpad was that it has similar quality as the Apple trackpad (which I went out because the associated EASYswitch keyboard is really awesome).
On the plus side should be recorded:
-Verarbeitungsqualität Is top like the Easy Switch Keyboard and it is also the Apple trackpad own in the point absolutely not to.
-Wiederaufladbar And battery life (as long as you could tell after a few days) compared with the Apple trackpad.
Now for the negative points, which led me to the sending Logitech trackpad after a few days back:
-Double Tap + drag, so the double tap and then dragging the cursor is implemented absolutely useless. The Logitech trackpad only converted from a click and then carries possibly even the drag action. When moving icons in the Dock does this affect me so that instead of the icon to move the program is started and is subsequently no longer drag action. After a little tasting I have come to the conclusion that the function probably only works when not clickable objects (eg. Window title bar). Wherever a single click triggers an action, it is not working. From the Magic Trackpad I am used to that it works properly without any unwanted clicks.
Cursor precision: Anyone familiar with an Apple trackpad, will find in this here no joy. Cursor movement or -precision is difficult to be desired in a direct comparison. May well be that it is with the fact that I'm used to since 7 years Apple trackpads, but I make smaller areas (eg. The bookmarks in Safari or the buttons top left window) with the Logitech Trackpad never right away, with the Apple on the other hand getting device.
My conclusion therefore: who (whether from MacBook Pro / Air or Magic Trackpad) is used to an Apple trackpad is, in my opinion, not be happy with this one, because the cursor movement simply felt much imprecise and not as smooth runs. Who also want to use the function of the double typing and drawing that can also forgotten here.
Mine has therefore sent today to Amazon back.
Oh before anyone thinks to have to play the know-it: the Logitech software was installed correctly, of course.
