This book is quite well built and offers a good introduction to Lightroom by practical exercises. I found the illustrations (screenshots) a bit small and sometimes difficult to read. The book merely explains using the software and does not show enough the undeniable advantages of RAW development. We must therefore read it is already convinced of the necessity of using this format. I think more examples of development with a summary of the transactions could have been added to the CD-Rom, to better illustrate how an image appearing quite average may become a good photo by Lightroom treatment, and thus to better motivate user to use the software. A summary of the functionality of each of the reference to development options would also have been desirable for a better understanding of the possibilities offered by the software.
