We have the machine for about 20 months in very heavy use (about 6000 drawings) and are very happy with this system today. The price / performance is quite unrivaled in my estimation. About 2 months ago, it came to the first fault. The machine lost water. A short email to the support was returned within minutes with a recall of TEX-FORCE. By telephone a fault isolation was made and I was free of the corresponding high-pressure hose sent, I could replace itself with a little skill and the corresponding instructions of the friendly staff. About 2 weeks ago, suddenly the mill stopped. They gave me by phone to free advice to a presumably included in the coffee bag object of the locked mill. This I certainly do not get. The employee immediately said I will send you e-mail a service label for a free shipping to us and then we'll see. 5 days later, I received also free the machine back with a new grinder. That's what I call a great service to the other established "brands" - companies should learn a lesson times. Thanks to the great team of TEX-FORCE !!!!
