Good monitor but for the price two not insignificant weaknesses

Unfortunately, this screen a 1080p HDMI signal not in 16: 9 aspect ratio format. There will always be scaled via HDMI at 16:10. There is no problem via DVI, here are setting options available. Thus, the connection of a game console or a tablet via HDMI is very problematic because one always has a distortion. This results for example in movies always elongated "eggheads".
The built-in speakers are not too high. There are monitors for about 150 euros, which sound much stronger. So please check in advance here.
A further point of criticism is the German Eizo support. It has several weeks lasted until I got a statement to the HDMI problem. The editors at Eizo was not technically well trained and then at the end, please refer to the manual (as I said, after several weeks), and general customer blame that supposedly always want just cheap. For the price I would have more know-how and professionalism expected.
Apparently Eizo is no longer what I know from the past the top mark. Here is today also saves on the wrong end if you're unlucky.
