Good navigation, very good jam treatment - but could be improved in many details!

Having spent several years traveling with a Navigon, I decided to switch to TomTom, in particular because of the live traffic feature.
The operation of the device is completely different from my previous Navigon, but it can get used to the whole, relatively quickly.
The strengths makes the device clearly from the dynamic traffic jam avoidance. The highly reflective display I had disarmed directly on the first day with the purchase of the film by 4ProTec (2 films for 1.99) - I can only recommend to anyone!
So far so good.
The following (in some cases already mentioned in other reviews) but could be much better achieved - perhaps can be one or the other so improve over time with updates?

- No automatic night switching of the display in the tunnel (it requires not even a Dimmungssensor, the Navigon had the easily solved basis of the maps!)
- Extremely negative: If an alternative route is proposed during the journey, you have a few seconds to decide. If you are not actively contradict, is changed automatically on the alternative route.
- The search of POI's designed partly rather laborious. For example, car parks are not found as such in the search box, but are marked on the map as such, if you have the goal but then found the address.
- No direct call to 'My Places' via voice control (in many places must laboriously saved 'browsed' will)

Based on current experience level I awarded 3.5 out of 5.
