The features have been improved over Office 2007. Two possibilities exist, complete or update installation if a 2007 Office suite is installed, which is my case with Office 2007 Professional Plus.

The update seems to me interesting in this case because it does not lose any old software. Only software suite, on the DVD, will allow updating and without data loss.

The only things I had to do are customizing the Quick Access Toolbar for each software of the suite and the redefinition of the categories that I had created in Outlook 2007.

A special case is worth noting:
For those using TuneUp Utilities 2012, it is best to uninstall it before proceeding with the installation of Office 2010 or the updating of an old suite, TuneUp Deactivator because the software will interfere with installation. Reinstallation is easy, just go to the tuneup.fr site and download the latest version and then run it. It will be reinstalled without loss parameter and data.
