the Hama battery and battery checker keeps what it promises: it checks Rechargeable batteries of all kinds :) I was reluctant initially, a battery checker to buy, the self ne battery to supply energy needs, but since I have particularly many batteries in operation, I wanted a device that these tests reliable (and I guess that the offered here cheaper electroless variants less suitable for this seem ... at least, if you can believe the reviews there) Anyway ... the unit here checked both conventional batteries and rechargeable batteries, to say: work with two, the bar display full battery for obvious reasons as far deflects, as that of alkaline batteries. and now to the list of deficiencies: 1. Battery compartment lid closes when my device is not entirely correct. however remains closed (small gap), but does not open automatically - so can I live with. 2. Batteries have received about 50 tested batteries / three false positives. will say: device can feel sometimes 'wrong' and displays voltage, even though the battery is definitely no longer works ... for whatever reason. but I guess this quote goes just so fine. 3. examining just the popular Mignon AA LR6 is somewhat tricky, since the same test well will be used as for the larger C-Babyzelle ... and that is already gets some shortcoming on this, in which the manual Extra indicating that the batteries are not to insert an angle ... and that's really a matter of luck at the AA types, whether one gets at first just in the test well :( especially there at least one star deduction ... but otherwise I'm happy with the price-performance ratio and forgive just 4 star for the 3rd point!
