- In low light camera shake with large telephoto. But wide-angle, eg for street scenes is good.
- A total of camera shake increases with large focal lengths sharply

- No way to to switch on the flash in the two automatic programs ('Fill in'), only 'car' and 'Off'. Only special P or Scene programs, but provide most unsatisfactory result.

very negative
- Battery / Card is an 'open barn door' for dust, sand and water. Even if not sealed, so there would almost certainly not a large gap 1mm (not copy specific deficiency but for all cameras so)
- The camera name I can not remember even after almost 2 years. No chance to recommend the model ;-)

Conclusion: despite many unlisted defects I am very satisfied with the Sony DSC-HX7VB. It is handy, usually makes good pictures and children's shots or portraits, the 10 images continuous shooting is super!
