I've tried the lens as wide angle on the Sony CX-560VE (identical optics for 690 and 700). Unfortunately (or fortunately), this video camera already innately have an impressive wide angle, which is why the pre-screwed lens now unfortunately showed a significant vignetting. The pictures of the product description of this effect is not shown. Only by slightly Zoom can ban the vignette outside the visible range. However, by the majority of the 0.5-WW-Factor is used up. Otherwise, the lens is is interestingly very good "durchzoombar". Even at maximum zoom the middle part is still pretty sharp. The quality of the lens is (for the price) absolutely okay, but unfortunately not to be used specifically with my video camera due to the enormous vignetting.
