Good print quality, toner level annoying messages

The print quality is good, unfortunately, the printer reports very often an empty toner, although this is not to some extent is empty ... then you have to be able to continue printing, reset the toner level.

This is done in this brand as follows:
1) Open the printer off and toner flap
2) GO pressed and power
3) release and press GO GO 2x
4) Pause (~ 5 seconds)
5) GO 5x press, close the cover and restart printer

Now you have to keep yourself in mind, however, which can be recognized, however, quite easy and time pressure on the result level.

The printer is performing optimally, even under Linux, if you select the correct driver. Best printing result obtained the CUPS driver "Brother HL-2140 Foomatic / hl1250".
