So called devil portrayed (on a Sunday evening, 20 clock !!!) and the event. Decoderstation (old) returns, after 2 days I had a completely new. The error was still there, so was only the amplifier (in the subwoofer) in question. Devil phoned again, packaged and sent in subwoofer. After 1 week, I had him back, repaired. Unfortunately resulted from the new repair errors (Subwoofer no longer went out automatically grumbled now and then). Submitted new contact with the devil, Subwoofer (always has been picked up for free by DHL) within 1 week, I had a new subwoofer (refurbished) in pristine condition.
That may not sound like the Oosterhout experience with this product, but I am of the Service (German Hotline, Sunday, response quickly, competently) absolutely delighted.
But I have paid only 450 euros for this technically quite sound very convincing product, the best service is offered. I would buy it again.
