The wheels start very easily in place of the original ones. The rubber is not as flexible as I thought (halfway between the hard plastics and rubber), but the wheels are silent. The laminate floor is not scratched after a month of use. The automatic blocking of wheels in the absence of weight on the chair lift it requires if you want to store it in such as a desk, that's unfortunate. I ended up like other clients amazon: I removed the spring. Operation is perfect but aesthetics took a hit: I drilled a hole diameter 8mm and 15mm depth with a drill on top of each wheel to 20mm of the vertical axis and parallel to it (center on the horizontal axis of the wheels) Once the above visible spring, I extracted by hand, using a 3mm drill.
