As a very active hobby and I Frizeitläufer this gel also nice often in eg "fun runs" and marathons seen where it is often taken. :-) I myself come handle it well, it is easy to digest and the consistency is ok.
Only the outer carton (for 12 bags) and the individual gel sachet could be improved. For me it was like this that I have stored off my training phase the gel bag in a box for a few weeks, but individual gel bag were quite strong stuck in a box, so that I could hardly use yet. I do not know whether do gel is alkalis or whether there was any glue inside the box.
Furthermore, I think the opening of the individual gel bag quite difficult, because it also requires a bit more before force or sharp teeth. :-) And if you imagine that I .... then should tear this "little unruly" bag in a marathon halfway, with sweaty hands and a fairly rapid pace ..... Well, there you could improve something. :-)
But as I said, otherwise a top product!
