Ordered on May 30 received in time.
The product worked correctly (2 shelves and 2 smartphones in charge at the same time) from June to October, 2014.
Since HS and I do not reach the SAV (bp Amazon interface?). SAV can he contact me?

The product is pleasant by its very compact size, large cord and its loading capacity.
During the period of four months which the charger functioned fully, I have never had a load power problem, and loads of time were very fast.
We had carried away on vacation and it was a pleasure to have a single charger for all devices (phones, tablets, camera and camcorder).
EDIT - following the comment The Anker media contacted me and replaced within 5 days (during the holidays) defective appliance.
