For the first time, I buy that type of product, I was a bit skeptical.

Easy to use, actually slightly reduces the temperature of laptop.
It serves me especially when support jOperation my pc in a chair is more comfortable;
I do not feel the unpleasant heat pc.
I bought Zalman charger is easier than putting the USB cable.

A very good buy I recommend.
