Two things that cause me a star in the rating deduct:
- The structure itself is relatively easy if you have a little exercise and minimal technical skills. The assembly instructions are, however, underground poorly described or illustrated. Described is actually very little, but more illustrated with drawings. These drawings are so bad that you can use them only as a rough guide.
- There are some minor components are welded to the side walls of the house. These need to be cut out with a knife there. This is also relatively simple, but leaves possibly some sharp edges that I would not expect the children. Therefore, I have it again sharpened the safe side to preclude any risk of injury.
Both are points that could be relatively easy to rectify the factory, probably mean little extra effort and at the price would certainly also be appropriate.
Otherwise, in my view, a buy rating.
