Inside is lined (similar to plush) with a very soft cloth bag, scratching of the case are ruled out. At the corners, there is additionally 4 rubber holders for better stability.
Through the knobbed the shell is relatively thick, but the device is the better protected. Even a slight fall is expected to be unscathed.
The material and this honeycomb shape (Diamond Style) is however sensitive to dirt, dust and lint can be removed by "pluck" by tedious.
