I hesitated with the smaller model. I was afraid that my camera is too cramped. On this model, my Canon SX 700 HS is lost a little in the large pocket. The intermediate separation minimizes the game a bit of the device but it still loses to the bottom. The cover is relatively well padded and it provides good protection of fragile surfaces and do not lean on the lens. The small zippered front pocket is large and can carry several memory cards and batteries. The elastic may help to hang a small tripod without risk to the device. The shoulder strap is wide and allows multiple porting solutions. I have not tried the belt attachment. Other positives: the lightness of the cover and its price!
