we were looking primarily for a mattress that does not require silver threads and the dangerous antimony. so far we had set for babybay and playpens to Träumeland and mattresses were both very satisfied. then we read down from emanating from silver threads in mattresses and were quick to agree that the mattress that is to use our baby to toddler age, should be free in any case hereof. the aro Artländer both met criteria, no silver and no antimony - and was for this reason the winner in Ökotest. after reading a lot on the subject, seemed to us this mattress definitely worth your money. baby and toddler side can be distinguished very well through the different zoning on the toddler side. There is now a label on the product, so that confusion (as here often discussed) should be excluded in the future. before washing the respect felt somewhat "greasy" and after about driving with the hand this was dyed white. that made us worry a bit, but this was after the first wash completely eliminated. for the reference had then some nodules, about how pilling on the clothing. but this also could be eliminated quickly. the mattress smelled little (we have a few days to air out during the day on the balcony in the sun) and after the reference was washed thoroughly, there was nothing to complain thereto. our little now not sleep longer or better than before (even as we already had high-quality mattresses), but we have the feeling that they have bought a safe and child-friendly product with no harmful substances. This peace of mind justifies any time but slightly higher purchase price. we forgive at this point "only" four stars, because we believe that the quality of this product should be the standard. it is not explicitly outstanding for us, but simply very good - and at least "very good" we expect here too! it is already a shame how many pollutants and toxins in toys, baby furniture, carpets puzzle, etc. are processed. in this area should be expanded significantly the quality standards and controls in all respects.
