The Calligraphic Pens are the perfect Bandzugfederersatz.
The "early corners" of Scripture are not quite as sharp as a pen. Likewise, no such fine strokes can be made as to the spring when you "cross" pulls this, and not in the write direction. However, this in my opinion does not bother.
An advantage over a spring is that the ink must not be refilled.
The brushwork is uniform. (In the spring may come times more ink when not quite correct refill or at the end just less)
One can thus very well draft work make you then with the pen executes. Or even outdoors or are writing the ride. (With pen and ink would be more cumbersome)
The color is opaque. Rather as with ink, as with less ink.
The biggest advantage, however, is probably the fact that the pen also good on plastic or smooth surface holds and is also waterproof. (Bin would but not sure if he keep me in the dishwasher)
Acetone can also be well remove from smooth surfaces of the pin.
The three different thicknesses are sufficient for most applications.
Am fully satisfied with the pins!
