The Selfie-rod is very well made and fits comfortably in your hand. ideal here is the adapter for GoPro quick-release, it played a key role for me. so I need not always unscrew the camera when I change the tripod or the GoPro stow. Works perfectly UDN fast. the 3-Leg Table Top Tripod is a successful add-on, also very valuable. For this I also need another quick release adapter ...;)
