Merkur safety razors are ecellents and this one is no exception. However, there are several models that Amazon descriptions do not distinguish enough. The model "heavy" is far preferable to it because the weight is enough to ensure shaving without having to exert qielconque force, generating ever more cuts. In addition, this razor was delivered, albeit by UPS in good time (bravo Premium service!) Without blade, unlike the description. This is not what it costs but, in this case, it would have helped out. Conclusion: 5 stars for Merkur but slightly less for Amazon.
