The build quality is decent. The keys are labeled very clean and clear. They are for my taste but clearly too sluggish and have a somewhat wobbly, uncomfortable for me stop.
One can lie down the keyboard only flat, there is no fold-out feet for setting up. For the four rubber feet are slipping.
A very good thing is (not only in the living room), the button illumination. Unfortunately, they will turn on when you press a control element. The easiest way is for it to touch the touchpad. There is the slightest risk of inadvertently trigger an action. Here my K800 "Wireless Illuminated Keyboard" for example, is much more practical with its proximity sensor.
Really moderately successful I find the layout. For a multimedia keyboard while it is understandable that the top row of keys is primarily occupied with multimedia functions and looking at the traditional function keys F1-F12 only through combination with Fn achieved (at normal keyboards is the other way round). Unfortunately, however, the more important keys up / down, Pos1 and End were crammed as a second assignment in the cursor keys. While this saves some space, but makes use of the PC in too many places complicated. The Enter key is too small. Also an LED or beep for the Caps Lock key would be useful - through the narrow key pitch I often catch them together with 'A'.
The touchpad is large enough and responded well. The underlying "mouse buttons" rattling something and do not have a clear pressure point, which makes them look a bit cheap.
Very good is the wireless range. Even one floor below come the signals to yet.

Conclusion
The stiff buttons and the unfortunate layout may be a matter of taste. I spoil them but the joy of K830. Measured against the right crisp purchase price of currently about ninety euros not also affects me the keyboard solid enough. It is therefore sufficient in my view not a recommendation to buy **.
