Assembly:
The assembly is quite simple, since only one bracket has to be hooked and two screws have to be tightened.
Appearance:
The TFT does on the desk a good impression about the design of the stand can argue, ultimately this is always subjective.
The screws should be tightened with a screwdriver absolutely as movements on the TFT Ruckelorgie be. Although the TFT has been screwed, he wobbles in settings from time to time.
For the price you should get over it but can.
Settings:
The factory settings are catastrophic. The brightness is at 100%. Since the TFT is generally very light, you will be overwhelmed by the basic setting.
With the buttons, which are located below the On / Off button, settings can be changed without installed software.
If you have understood the system once, the menu items to go slightly out of hand. At first I was worried because the focus can not be regulated, but that it turns out later to be unfounded.
Image Quality:
The TFT displays great colors, but they are not kräftig- unnatural.
I have the brightness stand on 40, the contrast is also at 40. Even at these low levels, the picture very contrasty and bright.
The coloration I find very good.
The TFT prepares the PS4 picture on very well, so that edges flicker is suppressed. The edge tracing is very good and even better than on my Sony TV, which surprised me very positively. The input lag is already a different league compared to LCD TVs.
Blurays can also be very good look at the TFT. The image is sharp crack. Really good.
As I play on the PC, the 144hz had to be tested. This can be achieved only DVI. To make a long story short, I do not want to miss! I had previously had no 120hz or 144hz TFT and the switch paid off.
That sounds so far everything well and put in the ground, the TFT is also very good. There are still a few quirks that I would like to address now.
TV is not on the TFT! I plugged my Sky receiver via HDMI. The image shakes and blurring. Since I do not use the TFT for it does not matter for me. I can only advise, the TFT to buy, if also about TV should be watched via receiver.
The colors are strong. However, to achieve a suitable image, is hard at first. By changing a single value in the color settings, so sweeps the entire color space in another direction. The default setting "Warm" is unfortunately a bit too cool.
My biggest gripe is the panel. Probably it is due to the price that the TFT only to the source "zeroing" must. This means that the TFT adjusts the brightness and contrast after switching. So the image will only appear garish and darkens after a few seconds.
I think that is the phenomenon, what other Rezensten called "gray veil". Since you can not change the gamma value, the TFT governs this yourself and sometimes you need a little "too long" to process brightness and contrast to suit your own preferences.
When PS4 this sometimes makes for an incorrect gamma value. After two minutes, the problem was solved, because the TFT has become accustomed to the console. On the PC, this is also the case.
The TFT seems to automatically regulate the brightness in white backgrounds. If you have for example a white background, the image suddenly becomes a little brighter. That does not happen every time, but it is nevertheless striking. Phenomenonof only occurs when browsing on a PC, not. In conjunction with the PS4
Conclusion:
The TFT is very good for the price. For gamers (whether PC or console) is the TFT ideal. The playback of DVD or Bluray is also very good.
For image processing, the TFT is probably less suitable. For television in conjunction with an external receiver does not. Watching movies from online movie stores, however, is also very good.
The price is very good, although the TFT is not entirely error-free.
