Other reviews have already described two weak points of these transport box:
1. The soft plastic material that can be deformed easily and
2. the tiny guide bar, which should give the hinged cover management and maintenance.
Both together gives a fiddly affair when you close the flip lid.
If it is closed once, then all is well.
Even a big cat can rotate in the box and has enough room to move
The large volume of these transport box and the hinged lid wide opening leads me here,
despite the small construction defect to award 5 stars.
Two more comments from me:
1. The plastic material used is indeed soft but also tough and therefore will not go so quickly broken.
2. stronger material and design changes, the box could be made more stable, it would be but also more expensive.
