By 14500er battery I achieved on high for a period of almost 55 minutes. The lamp will turn the power on high down to a few minutes. Thus, it attracts not permanently initially measured 1.4 A (so would my battery theoretically namely already after 30 minutes low tide).
The side switch and the blue seal on the glass pane light up to illuminate in the dark for a while - looks quite nice.
The processing of the lamp is very good, it makes a very robust impression. The initially mounted clip I immediately pulled off (I do not like the direction that is). A band of Use wrist is not going well but replacement seals.
The included quick start guide is only in English (one is used to from ThruNite). That bothers me a little, but might be a problem for others.
In summary, the Archer 1A v2 for me a good universal lamp is because:
- Relatively compact
- Compatible with standard AA batteries or rechargeable batteries
- Compatible with 14500er Li-Ion batteries
- Good light output
- Good Voters of light modes
- Forward Clicky (good for momentary)
- Save the last set light level
- Strobe mode is not in the normal operating sequence
