Good universal pan, suitable for everyday meals

Already own a large 36cm solid steel wok and wanted to establish a second, smaller wok for smaller dishes and side dishes. Both a cheap noNamespaceSchemaLocation and an original Silitpfanne for similar price as this Tefal I have returned, either because they were not high enough, or not so well made. Now to the third attempt, I ended up with this Tefal pan and will keep definitely! She makes a high quality impression is relatively heavy (no thin aluminum wall), and, what is most important: it cooks very good at it. So I cooked vegetables briefly in on high heat, which then served as an accompaniment to a normal "German" food. Thanks to the high rim can then easily add yet a Sausse, so I consider this wok rather than universal pan. The pan is hot quickly, which one can check using the Tefal Thermo-spots, works.

Short a few technical notes, which I consider to be important:

-The Lateral edge is very steep, here of course you can temporarily store any food, as some suggest wok recipes, but that does not bother me

Ergo, you can go wrong with this cup nothing, so that I can fully recommend for universal preparation.
