The stick had right on the front USB infected maximum 193MB / s write and 268MB / s Read, through the hub at the same port so only 20MB / s "loss" for writes in were still 175MB / s write and 268MB / s Read achieved my special case. Of course here can vary the results.
Positives:
- Hardly speed loss from direct mainboard connector
- Good compatibility
- Jacks are well arranged, enough space for larger USB Sticks / Card Reader
- Adhesive Velcro tape attached on or under the desk the "fixed" mounting
- 4A Switching Power Supply - thus also enough power to charge even the smartphone or tablet
Negatives:
- I like the angle in which the micro USB 3.0 cable that goes to the PC and the power plugs are inserted not (on the product photo but it is well presented and therefore each itself can decide before buying whether that's fine)
Conclusion:
I find the USB 3.0 Hub anchor recommended, performance and workmanship are very good.
